Workers Protest at Neelkant
Workers at Neelkant Lime Mine in Masaiti have staged a protest over alleged poor working conditions.
The workers refused to enter the company premise to show displeasure over their long outstanding grievances.
The workers alleged that they have not received a salary increment for many years.
Neelkant Human Resource manager Emmanuel Katongo said the company was meeting the union to look at the workers grievances.
